So far this product works well this is exactly what we were looking for as we have a platform bed and wanted benefits of adjustable bed with this platform this works as described
Fit right on my slats with no issues and works great!
The cable that comes out of the base is long enough
that the power supply can be placed on the bottom shelf
of my nightstand, and it would be easy to insert the
battery pack if needed (do not leave it connected unless using it).
It does add some height of course. I had to remove the drawers
and lower the rails on the bed, otherwise it was too high.
But that would apply to any adjustable base.
I like the programmable buttons too.
I recently had a cervical neck fusion, and I was worried that I would find it difficult to find a comfortable position in bed. The adjustable frame fits nicely on my platform bed, and was exactly what I needed. I'm not a big fan of the vibration mode, but I like the zero g and manual adjustment. Thank you for easing my transition from post op to normalcy. I'm sure I'll use it for a long time to come. Oh...make sure you have help with the setup. It weighs over 100 lbs.
I put the Queen sized one in my RV, and I adore it! it is great for sitting in bed typing or watching TV while my husband is on conference calls in the living area. Be sure to get the zero clearance model if you have a platform, like the box under an RV bed. It does add about 4" in height, so stick with a thinner mattress. I am thrilled and totally in love with how comfortable this is! And unlike my recliner, the box with nine volt batteries CAN be used to change the position, not just lower it to flat. So if you don't have electric handy, this still might work for you. (That "emergency" battery box does not stay in-line if you have it plugged in, so you need to keep it within reach.) Also, it ships folded in half (40"x60"x8" for the Queen sized) which means it was simple to get it into place (with 2 guys) and did not need to be disassembled.
I ordered my new frame and it became lost by fed ex so I ordered another and as I was ordering the next one the original frame showed up. The box looked pretty rough but to my surprise my frame was in good shape! Chris and Allen were of lots of help and stood behind their product the whole way threw my ordeal. As far as the frame goes it works as advertised and I’m very happy so far with my frame. I would order again from this company as they have great customer service! Something you don’t see much anymore these days!
